The Westgate T8-EZX 4ft glass tube is a Type A+B hybrid LED T8. Use it on a compatible ballast (Type A) or wire it ballast-bypass / AC direct (Type B). Wattage and color temperature are set with switches on the lamp, so one SKU covers 12W, 15W, and 18W plus 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K.
G13 bi-pin base, 120-277V, indoor IP20. About 130 lumens per watt (up to about 2340 lumens at 18W). CRI 80+. 50,000 hour rated life.
