Return Policy
If you aren’t happy with something you bought, you can return an item within 15 calendar days after the day you received it. We’ll send a full refund (minus your original shipping & handling charges) to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the product.
Central Lighting Service & Supply Co., Inc. reserves the right to charge a restock fee on all returns including, but not limited to, special made to order items and fixtures. Products must be returned in new unused condition with the original packaging.
All returns must be pre-approved in advance and include a copy of the RMA.
To receive a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) please email returns@centrallightingservice.com, you will be contacted with return instructions.
1. Contact us to initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Return item(s) within 14 days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. Item(s) arrives at warehouse.
4. Receive refund within 14 calendar days.
